Company Stores

  • Yes. Once logged in, you can click on the "My Account" link and view your account. You can then access your order history by clicking "Order Status".

  • If you’re looking for an item that’s not available on your company store or need to place a large order exceeding current stock levels, contact us at programsales@iceboxmail.com. Our sales representatives will work closely with you to explore options, source products, and ensure your project is handled with care and precision.

  • Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. This email will include a link to track your shipment in real-time. If you don’t receive the email or need further assistance, please contact our Customer Service Team at customerservice@iceboxmail.com.

  • All in-stock orders ship promptly, depending on inventory availability. Delivery times vary based on the chosen shipping method and location.

  • Please reset your password using the 'Forgot Password' option. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders, and contact support at customerservice@iceboxmail.com if needed.

  • The inventory displayed on your company store is updated in real-time and reflects the most current stock levels, including any changes from processed orders.

  • The average turnaround time, including shipping, is approximately 3–4 weeks from the date your order is approved. However, production timelines can vary depending on the specific product and customization requirements.

    If you have a specific in-hands date, please let us know when placing your order. Our team will work with you to ensure timely delivery or provide alternate options based on inventory availability and production scheduling.

  • We prefer vector files, such as .ai, .eps, or .pdf formats, as they can be scaled to any size without losing quality. If vector files aren’t available, we can also work with high-resolution files (at least 300 dpi) in formats like .jpg, .tiff, or Photoshop (.psd). Providing the highest quality artwork ensures the best possible results for your custom merchandise.
