2019 Year in Review
2019 was a big year for the Icebox. We opened the doors of our second warehouse location, we call “Southwoods” adding an additional 30,000 square feet of warehouse space. We climbed higher with Delta, added Jamba Juice to our Focus Brands family, launched an online swag shop for Arby’s, created a strong partnership with many other like-minded, cool brands and started a podcast among many other exciting firsts. 2019 was our 18th year of being in business and after all these years we still keep the same mentality: to make promo products and swag cool in an industry that does so much of the same. We wanted to give you all an idea of what 2019 looked like at the Icebox, so whether you are a potential new customer or a long time friend, you can get a glimpse of how we are setting a new standard in branded merchandise.

Top 5 Product Trends of 2019
Athleisure was a significant trend within the promotional products industry as more and more companies moved towards a casual work environment. Instead of button-downs, coats and polos they purchased lightweight pullovers, sweatshirts and moisture wicking fabrics for their employees to wear on and off the job. Additionally, there was a push towards more corporate sustainability which led companies to purchase products made of wheatgrass, cork, bamboo and wood. We can’t talk sustainability without mentioning how much of a viral trend plastic straws became in 2019, and how utterly shamed people got that used them. With all that attention it’s no surprise reusable straws were one of our top selling products. On the tech side, wireless phone and smartwatch chargers sold incredibly well. And of course, the tumbler will never go out of style and was the top drinkware item our customers purchased in 2019.
